Jay Pharoah is an actor and stand-up comedian. The six-season Saturday Night Live alum is well known for his impressions of President Barack Obama, Jay Z, Denzel Washington, Kanye West, and many others. Pharoah also is known for his memorable character, Principal Daniel Frye, based on Pharoah's actual high school principal.

Audiences got a taste of Jay’s dramatic side in Showtime TV series White Famous and Steven Soderberg’s feature film Unsane, but he returns to the funny in upcoming films including #Twominutesoffame with Katt Williams and Keke Palmer and the animated feature The Adventures of Drunky with Sam Rockwell and Jeffrey Tambor. Previously, Pharoah dazzled with fun supporting roles in the Lionsgate/CBS Films comedy Get a Job, opposite Miles Teller and Anna Kendrick, Chris Rock’s Top Five, and Universal’s Ride Along opposite Kevin Hart and Ice Cube. Pharoah also recently starred in the web television series Champaign ILL. 

Pharoah has additionally voiced various roles on numerous popular animated series including Family GuyBoJack HorsemanLegends of Chamberlain Heights, Robot Chicken, and SuperMansion.
